Human Resource Development

Human Resource Development, a department within Human Resource Services, provides consulting services for administration, staff, and faculty leaders throughout Brigham Young University.

These services help organizations or departments understand and improve their ability to meet the needs of their internal customers and their employees. Anna King, Director of HRD, and Greg Danklef, Professional Development Specialist work with the leadership of an organization or department to assess the current state of the organization, determine the future state or direction for change, and plan the actions that are needed to effect change.
