Based on the best-selling business book by the same name, this program provides the foundation to strengthen the human side of performance at the personal, managerial, and organizational levels. The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program equips employees with the tools and skills to work at the highest levels of effectiveness, both with and through others by studying Stephen R. Covey’s seven habits:

Using a mix of class discussion, experiential activities, video models, and presentations, this workshop, taught by Collette Blackwelder and Tim Black, will help participants learn how to integrate these habits in order to improve performance and results.
