Based on the best-selling business book by the same name, this program provides the foundation to strengthen the human side of performance at the personal, managerial, and organizational levels. Using a mix of class discussion, experiential activities, video models, and presentations, this workshop, taught by Collette Blackwelder and Tim Black, will help participants learn how to integrate these habits in order to improve performance and results.
